Hi nick, was doing my bi-monthly "trying to learn guitar" binge (its happened a few times now) and decided to check out the chords of your songs and found your site. I just wanted to say that it has helped me through so much more than i can express in this blog's comment section. Your music has gotten me through everything from breakups to being homeless. I just wanted to let you know that your music has been some of the most impactful to me throughout my life, so I wanted to thank you and let you know that you've had a profound affect on me. Nick, I was thinking about you today and came to read your blog! 
It's always surprised me how much your music, blog posts, and other content always feel so inviting and warm, like a hug from an old friend. Life is so constantly overwhelming, but you've left a mark on the world that can bring so much comfort to others. I guess I'm just glad to be reminded that real people still exist and we're all navigating this big world together.
I hope you enjoy your move with babycat to live in the woods, it sounds like it will be a nice change for both of you.

Hi! I love your music! It's helped me nthrough everything, although some friends think that have a weird taste in music, but this is just me I guess.. After I've listened to "how to never stop being sad" I felt like I found a missing piece of myself.. I've continued to listen to your music and its as if everything seems simple now.. I really like how the songs sound simple yet they must've taken a lot of time, I hope Dandelion Hands gets on top,They're really underrated..
